APPOINTMENT POLICY:

Bodies Kneaded Requires a major credit card to confirm ALL appointments. We ask for ONLY a 8-hour notice of any rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to honor this policy you will be charged for the service(s) in full.
Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.

Clients with Gift Certificates who fail to show for their appointments render their Gift Certificate void. Certificates Are Non-transferable & Non-refundable.
We require a 48 Hour Notice of Any Rescheduling or Cancellation for Gift Certificates.
Scheduled Appointments Must be Kept or Certificate is rendered Void. - NO EXCEPTIONS - What you do with your allocated APPOINTMENT TIME WITH BODIES KNEADED is your choice - whether you got hit by a meteorite, abducted by aliens or FORGOT and/or MISTAKEN YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME & DAY; IF YOU FAIL TO SHOW FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT FOR ANY REASON YOUR CERTIFICATE IS VOID.
Please Have G.C. Number when making appointment. YOU MUST
Present The Actual Gift Certificate At Time of Service or YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE IN FULL.

Certificates are void after expiration.
